Plagiarism Policy
Plagiarism and self-plagiarism are strictly prohibited. Authors must ensure that they compose wholly original works. If the work or words of others are used, they must be appropriately cited or quoted.
An author generally should not publish manuscripts detailing the same research in more than one journal or primary publication. Concurrent submission of the same manuscript to multiple journals is considered unethical publishing behavior and is not allowed.
Authors are required to properly acknowledge the contributions of others and should cite publications that have significantly influenced their work.
Working Process:
- The editorial team at LexForensica: Forensic Justice And Socio-Legal Research Journal manually checks each manuscript against offline and online databases to ensure proper citation and quotation are used.
- The editorial team also uses Turnitin software for plagiarism detection. If plagiarism is indicated above 20%, the manuscript will be immediately rejected.
